Welcome to Bideshi! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, services, and products. By placing an order or using our site, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Overview

Bideshi is a brand that partners with Printify, a print-on-demand service, to fulfill and ship all products. All items are made to order.

2. Order Fulfillment

All products are custom-made upon order.
Processing times are typically 2–4 business days.
Shipping times vary by location (see our Shipping Policy).
Once an order is placed, changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed.

3. Returns & Refunds

Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
Only returns requested within this timeframe will be considered.
We do not cover return shipping.
For damaged or defective items, please contact us with photo evidence.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, including logos, graphics, designs, and text, is the property of Bideshi and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.

5. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for:

Delays or losses caused by third-party carriers.
Errors due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
Customs fees, taxes, or duties for international orders.

All purchases are made at your own risk.

6. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. We only collect necessary information to fulfill your order. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties, except as needed for order fulfillment (e.g., Printify).

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our website after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
